Contract Manager * Large Scale (Kassel Hybrid, DE)

The expansion of renewable energies is accelerating rapidly. The Large Scale business segment is therefore repositioning itself in order to help shape this development with all its strength for projects in the megawatt range, especially in the segment of large-scale photovoltaic power plants. As a Contract Manager * in the area of Finance & Enablement, you will make a significant contribution to the profitable growth of the segment. We look forward to your commitment?

Your contribution to the big picture

• In your new role, you will be responsible for strategic contract management
• You will revise contract document templates and adapt them to changes or new products
• You build up a contract database (across segments) and actively manage the contracts including e.g. commercial interpretation, drawing options and price clauses
• You will monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall process of contract creation, management and conclusion in cooperation with the operational Contract Management in the Central Legal department and the Commercial Project Managers in the Customer Project Fulfillment segment area

Your skills are needed

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, business engineering or business law, or technical background with correspondingly proven additional qualification (e.g. CPCM = Certified Professional Contracts Manager)
• At least 10 years of experience in qualified contract management in the field of project business, construction business, EPC or plant engineering (preferably in the field of energy/renewables) with appropriate commercial, technical and legal knowledge that has been tried and tested in practice
• Proven and well-founded experience in the drafting and negotiation of complex contracts as well as complex projects in the above-mentioned areas
• Business fluent German and English skills
• High resilience, commitment and flexibility, as well as strong ability to work conceptually and solution-oriented with the ability to think in an interdisciplinary manner and to convey complex issues
