We are looking for a new team member (f/m/d) within the team Global Process Coordination Controlling which is part of the Global Shared Service Finance organization.The team Global Process Coordination Controlling is responsible for the harmonization and the enhancement of business processes in the Controlling area. In this role the team builds the interface between different Controlling functions, the IT-department as well as other business departments. Key projects of the finance area constitute a major part of the team’s range of assignments. Other tasks comprise ensuring the global knowledge transfer and performing training for controlling-related business processes. On top of that the team also performs regular tasks in the month-end closing and the product costing as part of the Shared Service Organization
Duties and responsibilities
- Consult the group companies with regards to Controlling processes in SAP
- Participate in international CO projects (e.g. introduce SAP S/4HANA)
- Perform closing in Controlling as a part of shared service tasks for companies inside and outside of Germany
- Further develop the CO-IT-system landscape
- Harmonize and optimize existing processes as well as adapt them to change.
- Design and introduce new Controlling processes
- This position is focused sales-related processes
Professional competencies
- Successful completion of a degree program in business administration or information systems
- Preferably, already relevant professional experience.
- For senior position: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, related to process optimization would be desirable
- SAP ERP–knowledge (preferably S/4HANA) especially for Controlling as well as forSales and Distribution, possibly for one of the following areas: FI, PS, MM; PP
- Fluent in English, good level of another foreign language helpful (e.g. Spanish)
- For senior position:
- Experience in project management as well as the management of projects in an international environment
