We are looking for you to be an important part of this movement, starting immediately in Katzenfurt (Hessen, Germany) as Sales & Customer Success Manager Spain (m/f/d).
These are your responsibilities.

- You will support the professional sales of our service portfolio to customers and prospects for the Spanish market through telephone consultations and video appointments.
- The customer care of small & medium sized customers in the product areas of international EPR obligations and system business (licensing) are part of your daily business.
- You advise our customers on a wide range of legal issues (e.g., recycling capabilities and weighing services).
- You support our complete sales process (from quotation calculation to the successful conclusion of a contract).
- You assist in administrative processing, e.g., accounting processes, which take place in direct exchange with the customer.
- You will be a central contact person for our customer support for questions regarding the use of the tools relevant for the customer.

Above all, you will convince us with your motivation and your passion for implementing our vision together with us. Professional skills that bring you forward:
- A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a completed (bachelor's) degree.
- You ideally have several years of relevant professional experience in the sales environment of services or in a comparable position.
- Profound user knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications; initial experience with a CRM system is also an advantage.
- You are fluent in Spanish and conversationally proficient in English; other foreign languages are a big plus.
- You use your communication and negotiation skills to convince prospects and existing customers on the phone.
- You are characterized by a high motivation, distinct customer orientation as well as an independent and self-organized way of working.
