Head of Salesforce/ CRM Development (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary responsibility for the CRM Development team
• Responsibility for the analysis and conception of customized solutions based on APEX, Lightning Web Components & Visualforce using object-oriented principles and design patterns
• Execution of coding reviews and further development of deployment automation (CI/CD) using Gitlab
• Further development and optimization of existing processes

Profile

• Completed IT vocational training, a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of SFDX, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components or comparable technologies
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, test-driven development and SQL
• Experience in integrating Salesforce solutions with external systems via APIs or integration solutions such as Mulesoft
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Initial management experience desirable, but not essential
• High sense of responsibility and strong communication skills
